Pinched nerve in back?

Oh my goodness. I have been having the same problem for a year. Finally the pain went into my calf and they tested me for a blood clot. The test came back borderline so I have to have a ultrasound done. Do not mess with it. See your doctor ASAP! You never know what it could be. Turns out they think my pain from a possible blood clot in my calf was coming out in the nerve endings in my foot. I was tested for bone spurs and pinched nerves first.
Best of luck to you.

This might sound weird but take a tennis ball and roll that between your feet where you artch should be, as much as you can every day when you have the time and you will not be flat footed any more.
