what kind of subtle sign(s) do you give a guy that you are more into him than just friends without scarring him off?

Why subtle?
Well, okay. If he's not too slow to catch on,(I am) simply invade his personal space. Stand close, touch him on the arm or something. Make absolute direct eye contact.
If he doesn't get it, tell him flat out and plant a great big ol' kiss on him.That, NO guy will misunderstand. Not even me.
My wife did that to me, the subtle thing, and it put her into my mind for days...couldn't forget it. Didn't want to.
And she is wonderful to me.

It depends on how close you are. But I've known this one guy for three years and we've been like best friends, and I don't do that kind of stuff with him... I think she does like you, because that right there is major flirting(: hope it works out for you!

When you're talking to him (if in person) gently touch him as you're conversating. Like on the shoulder or if you're sitting stroker his leg.... That is one of the maor signs someone's into you... It's all about Body language.... If on the phone just laugh at all his jokes....

Touch him when you are talking to him...just lightly on his arm or shoulder. Unless he is a dimwit, he should get the message :-)
