I wish to purchase a vehicle for my business. I want to insure my employee who will be the sole driver of this vehicle to obtain tag and title from dealer. Can I do this with the vehicle in my company name.

I would say you can.

Set those liability levels real high, by the way. $100,000 / $300,000 should be fine.

If you're sued by someone due to an accident considered being your fault, and the other driver sees that you're a buisness they'll go for the throat!
