therz a girl she fell in love with me, I started caring for her whn her sister died , but it was never in my mind that she will fell in love with me, whn ever i try to tell tht i dont love her we r just freinds , she starts crying, so much, now since whn i came to know she is also suffering from brain tumer i nvr discus ths love thinge with hern whnever she says i love i reply same, coz i m afraid if i telllher the truth she gonna die , but i m ruining my life like this, its been a year i havnt had any girlfreind coz of her, but i cant take it anymore, she always weeps and cry, but she also loves me more than anything and is ready to do anything for me, but i dont love her !!! i dont have any feelings , i care coz she is just a good freind to me , she doesnt take her medicine whn i m angry with her ,she says she's gonna suicide the day whn i leave her. I m like stuck or ... i dono , plz advice me wht shld i do,

Not bein funny but call her bluff, tell her to go and do it, sorry sounds harsh but my ex done the same to me when i split up with him, we have 4 kids so he took it really hard, i aint got time for selfish people, if she's got a tumour she needs to be making the most of her time instead of making yours blady miserable.
I'd walk away make myself uncontactable, if something happens then it does, don't think she will its big cry for help, she's don't know wot to do and clinging to you is the only thing she can focus on at the min, hard choice but there's only so much you can take. gud luk x

You need to talk to her family about this . I understand you have a good heart but your life is important to . Her family needs to know the things she is going through . This is so not fare to you . You have to understand she needs help and you can't give her what she wants are needs as for as a relationship or mental health . I'm sorry I'm not trying to be mean , you need to think of you and if you like her as a friend you will get her help . GOOD LUCK !!!!!!

if ur gonna ask some-1 else out then talk to her about. tell her things like ur my best friend, or i really care about u. but if she asks why then tell her that u really like that girl, and so on. but tell her if u commit suicide then i would have 2 do the same
