Yes. I was astonished at the misinformation that Ted actually believed. The guy had no concept of evolution at all, was unable to support anything he said, and really came off as pretentious and self righteous jackass. And looking pretentious when talking to Richard Dawkins can be considered a feat.

I hadn't heard of this interview so I just looked it up and watched. I am not religious and not Christian and it was so painful to watch I could hardly stand it. Wow, Haggard comes off like a complete loony and the shots of the evangelical meeting make me wonder about these people. I believe in the rights of people to follow their own beliefs systems but these people are so sure they have the truth for everyone many of them want to force their view on the rest of us. This is just weird and scary to me. Watching that made me wonder how finding out Ted Haggard had problems would come as a surprise to anyone and even more how someone like that got to be head of the evangelical association. Doesn't say much for the pool as a whole if he was their idea of a great leader. Sorry.

Oh, when I looked on YouTube it was pulled and I found it at:

I winced mostly at Ted and a little at Dawkins. Mostly because Ted is his usual self and a little at Dawkins because he came of as being kind of arrogant. Not that this makes his assertion false and Haggard's true, but the attitude was still a little sneering.

Yes.
It's amazing that in a so called "civilized" country someone like Mr Haggard can have followers. How uneducated people have to be ! The USA did send the first man on the Moon but it's obvious that not every American could have flown there...
