If I have had mono when can I give blood again, if ever?

I had mono almost a year ago now. Can I give blood?

Mono is just a viral infection. If you are feeling well you can donate blood anytime.

I think you should ask the American Red Cross or your local blood bank. They follow the experts' guidelines rigidly.
