It would be a pain right in the middle of your back and it is from gas buildup. A liquid antacid will temporarily take care of the pain. Check with your Dr. You probably should be on some sort of medication for acid reflux. Prevacid is working great for me.

Yes its possible. Could also be caused by gallbladder problems.

First of all you are gorgeous so why am I not with you right now massaging that pain away? And if you have acid reflux take a straight tablespoon of vinegar it will beat it within one minute.

Maybe, but it could very likely be an ulcer or something else. If you have this pain more than just a couple of days, you should go to the doctor.

I really don't think so. But I'm not a doctor. I've never heard of that being a side effect or seen it either.

i dont think so. i had really bad back pain during a urinary tract infection and it turned out to be a kidney infection. lower back?
