ok i'm 38 been trying to find something spiritual to believe in my whole life needless to say i just can't believe in any form of a god.my question is how do you go about finding a god? how will you really know if you do?

You know...you don't need to believe in a god to be spiritual.
There are some very spiritual atheists out there.
Think of your highest standard...the ideal...that is God. Now emulate it...become your highest standard and ideal.
Love, Truth, Harmony, and Unity - try living that...you will be spiritual.

I'm sure "finding a god" is part of realizing your spiritual self, but as far as I'm concerned, finding that sense of "self" is more just a sense of peace and contentment, and less of a sense of aggression toward others.
I just feel more "at one" with mankind and the world in general. Of course, it's not impossible for someone to upset that equilibrium, but for the most part, I am at peace spiritually...

Go into Hindru and Budha's sutras, you will see more what is god and what is human. They are not superinsitution. The theory brings you to a solution of life style, a happy life style and happy with this moment.

I can test you and see if you are spiritual, the Bible is the way to know if you are spiritual. Do you believe the Bible or are you just doing lip service and do not really care except for what gifts God has for you. My name is my e-mail, I can tell very quickly what your intentions are, my self I am excited to read and understand many things insde the Bible and God does speak to me is how I know I am spiritual. I do believe every word of the Bible is correct and true.

Have you tried just talking to God openly and honestly and asked Him to reveal Himself to you? You may not believe in Him but He believes in you and is longing for fellowship with you. Why don't you just try talking to Him.

What is spiritual for me, might not be so sureal to you.

THe spirituual side of your nature comes from inside yourself. It is your inner self, it is usually depicted by colours in your mind. If you feel at peace this is yourself and innerself counterbalanced.

You will fieel it. You will know. Yu=ou need to open the bible read it. Pray to God and ask him to open your heart for faith and he will help you.
