There is no magical thing that you can do that will cheer you up - it just takes time. Different things work for different people. Some people will tell you to go out and live it up but I've found sometimes that depresses me more. What I have found that works well for me is movies that have absolutely no romance in them whatsoever. "Miracle" is a good one. Also, working out at the gym helps me - as much as I hate to exercise, I always feel better afterwards. Hope you feel better soon!

Cry, spend time with friends, cry, talk about it, do what ever you need to do to help relieve the pain. It's not going to be easy, but with a good support system you can make it through. And remember, if he broke up with you, he's not good enough for you.
