Normally you would receive the greencard within 30 days of the interview if your appliation was approved. Sometimes interviews are conducted but not approved until security checks have been completed. Without an approval, no greencard will be sent.

What you can do is make an infopass appointment at your local office to find out what is happening with your case. If you were indeed approved at the interview and still haven't received your card, you should definately make an infopass appointment. Your card may have been mailed to the incorrect address or something. At the appointment they can stamp your passport with a temporary greencard and re-send the original card, if that was the case.

Not to be flippant, but it all depends on how quickly your application is processed. That depends on the particular processing station. I have been told that it could take as little as three months or as long as nine. I guess you just have to be patient.

Good Luck
