You go to wherever they take payments and the will tell you the amount of the ticket. You pay the ticket, and you're done. I have had two tickets and didn't go to court for either one. Not only did I not have to deal with the hassle of court, but I also got out of paying court costs. Not sure if it's the same in every state but i would do the same thing if I got another one.

You "failed to appear" which could result in a bench warrant for your arrest. You should contact the court immediately and explain why you missed the hearing and find out how to take care of your ticket.

Generally, they will issue a bench warrant. This means that they won't actively look for you, but the next time you are pulled over, or conduct any business with law enforment officials, they will arrest you. Non-appearance constitutes contempt of court.

If I were you, I'd call the court or magistral office where you were supposed to appear and let them know your situation. They are usually kind enough to reschedule you to appear another time, if you are sincere and prompt about calling them.

a warrant for your arrest will now be issued. I would go to the court and try to avoid that by seeing the clerk of court and seeing if you can't pay the ticket and court cost now today immediately before that warrant is issued. run.

Officially then a warrant is put out for your arrest. At this point you should go and have that taken care of ASAP. Should you be pulled over for a speeding ticket, for example, you would be arrested then and it would be a much bigger hassle.

Call up the phone number on the back of the ticket and tell them that you forgot but you still are going to pay. They will tell you how much and because you are late there is a big penalty but you should pay it before they come pick you up which they just might do.

They will put a warrant out for your arrest. Go and pay your ticket before they arrest you. They may even suspend your license. Which means you can't drive and if you get caught, there will be more charges tacked on.

Call the clerk of court and check the status of the ticket. make sure there isn't a warrent out for you. it all depends that if you had to go to court or if thay gave you a court date to dispute the charge. if you had to go to court and missed it, its best to call the court asap. but if you didn't have to go and you could of went to dispute it then its best to pay the fine asap.
