That's what a texturizer does, it makes the hair straighter. You should wait unti 2-3 months before adding a different chemical to your hair.

A texturizer is used to loosen curly hair, so that's why it made it straighter. You have to out grow the hair that has been texturized or you can cut it all out before getting a perm. If you don't do the above you can damage and over process your hair, or your hair will fall out if you put chemical on top of chemical.

You need to go back to the salon that you had it done at and show them that your perm didn't take. Make sure you let them shampoo your hair and have the owner of the salon do an analysis of the stylists work.

Depending on what chemicals were used on your hair. You should wait no less than 72 hours and up to six weeks before doing another chemical process on your hair. Either way you risk damage.

you could, but you might want to wait awhile before you do..because if put another chemical in like that, then it could make your hair break or fry..and then youd have to cut all your hair off.
