Contact the Coroner's office in the county in which your son died. They will be able to issue one to you. Sorry to hear about your loss.

A Death Certificate is a public record. You can get a copy at the hall of records, usually housed in the municipal building. They sometimes make you fill out a request and or pay a fee.

Call the courthouse and they will give you the exact phone number to get in touch w/ whomever in your county. It's public records so you can get a copy w/ no problem

Whatever state he died in,go to the vital records department(
usually at the court house or city hall).They have birth,death,and marriage certificates/liscenses available.

Go to your local county court house to the public records. If they can't help they should be able to send you in the wright direction.
