I have a coaxial cable in my room, but I can hook up to S-video?

Can you recommend a device that will let me record tv on my computer? I have a coaxial cable that comes from the wall and an S-video input on my computer, but I could also buy something that hooks up through the USB.

You can buy a USB dongle with TV tuner plus MPEG recorder (Check ADS or PInnacle)
