What's with the time limit? Why two weeks? Healthy weight loss takes time, but it's worth it in the end. There are lots of exercises you can do at home, that don't require any equipment at all. Also, watching your fat intake (and overall food intake), you should be well on your way to living a healthy lifestyle with a body you will be happy with. In the meantime, forget living off ice cubes! It's dangerous!

First of all, Anorexia is unhealthy and DANGEROUS. Your body needs certain nutrients to keep from getting ill. You'll have no energy and look sickly.
Do situps, that'll flatten and tone your stomach. Sorry to inform you, however, you will NOT lose a ton of weight in 2 weeks. You need to be more patient.
By starving yourself, you'll lose weight because your body will use your muscles for energy (muscle weighs more than fat) but your stomach will not be any thinner in 2 weeks.
I know at 13 it's very difficult not to care what anyone thinks about you. But you can't really worry about it. If someone can't accept you for who you are or how you look. #$%* em you're better off without them. I'm sure you look fine.

i hope you're joking. it takes at elast three ice cubes to live.
jk. first- no pills. they dont do anything for you, and they take away all your vitaims out of your body. so all that's gonana happen is you become tired, and dont want to excercise. like the person above said- NO Snacks. just eat healthy meals- things that may not be your first choice- like rice, asparagus, etc. very low calorie, but high in vitamins. the weight should be easy to lose at first- then it will get harder, but by then hopefully you'll be in a routine of healthy eating

You really need to have an adult watching over you, it is not safe to consider diet pills or anorexia. I would recommend a natural weight management system that is safe, with no idea how long it will take you to lose the weight you want to. I think you should...
First, just drink water all day, instead of soft drinks
Next, Do the backwards rule...Eat like a king for breakfast, a duke for lunch, and a slave for dinner. (Most food at breakfast, less than breakfast for lunch, and hardly anything)
Don't eat chips, and eat fruits and veggies, or granola Bar and etc.
You can aso exercise inside. Do sit ups and jump roping and crunches. that burns a lot of calories for indoor exercise. You can also hula hoop, which, in theory, pushes in your stomach with every turn......

Don't do that to yourself. That's horrible. What you should try to do is have three square meals a day ... NO SNACKS! for example breakfeast to quaker oat chewy bars, low fat and calories. For lunch, a sandwhich ... like ham and cheese or a bagel with non fat creamcheese. then to go with lunch water and two fruits like a banana and an apple. for dinner then eat a serving of meat (the size of your palm is one serving) and a vegetable and some kind of potato or on those terms. with every meal either have non fat milk or water. believe me it rlly rlly works, but you got to stick with it, but dont dont dont not eat that is the most unhealthy thing you can do to yourself.
