It can mean alot things!!!! it could mean he thinks ur very attractive and wants to get to kno u!!! it culd also mean that maybe he never noticed u b4 and juss enjoys checkin u out lol!!! but basically it means HES DIGGIN U GURL!!!!! lol but 4real....he probaly thinks ur really pretty and wants to ask u out!!!!!!!!! next time wen u notice hes lookin at u.......turn and look his way and make direct eye contact.....if he looks away or keeps lookin......its a sign!!!!! well good luck.....and i hope my advice helped!!!!!!!

either you have something in your teeth, or he likes you. i am betting he is staring cause he thinks you are hot and would like to talk to you but won't cause he is shy or something or someone is holding him back. next time you see him, walk up to him and say hello, see what happens. good luck
