It's a curse from the devil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK--I take Aleve...or Motrin...NO Aspirin

Caffeine makes them worse, exercise makes them better. Cramps are a tiny version of child labor...they are contractions in your uterus to push out something that's in there. Every month the lining of your uterus gets "fleshy" so that a fertilized egg can attach. If no egg attaches, your uterus "cramps" to remove all the "fleshy" blood filled lining.

Sucks but true!!!

Menstrual cramps are caused by a contraction of the uterus. To manage the pain, you can always try OTC pain meds (like Midol or Advil); using heat therapy also works, like a heating pad. There is also an exercise of lying down and curling into a tight, fetal position, which will also relieve the pain.
To lessen cramps in the future, try doing exercise (namely walking or anything that exercises the abdominal muscles). I've been on a regular 3-4 day a week (30 min.) exercise regimen for over a year now, and I hardly ever get cramps anymore.
Hope this helps!! :)

Hey, I know how you feel! Cramps are caused be contractions of the uterus. the uterus is contracting because it is trying to shed the lining of the uterus, (the blood and discharge of a woman's period). somethings you can try are taking a warm bath, sometimes this helps to calm the uterus down. taking a walk, sometimes exersise can help. but, if the cramps are severe, the only way to make them less painful iis to go on birthcontol which has hormones that make your period lighter. make an appointment to see your doctor. she will do a pelvic exam and then prescribe you birth control. This is what I had to do and it worked like a miricle and I have seen it do wonders for many other women. Good Luck to you!

era and being pregnant indications are very virtually the exact same. in case you do not have a consistent 28 day cycle yet nevertheless understand once you're ''late'' then identity propose getting a being pregnant try. maximum greenback shops promote them in recent times, they're round 2 money. All being pregnant try are extremely a lot an identical, except for the early reaction kits that try for ranges of HCG decrease than 250 mg or 5 days previously your ignored era. indications do not truly strengthen with being pregnant, yet i will allow you to already know this, you'd be ungodly drained, no longer a common sleepy PMS drained; yet dizzy once you stand and vertigo like indications. once you're pregnant your body will strengthen blood production very virtually rapidly causing your heart to artwork more effective sturdy and pump more effective blood by potential of your body at a faster fee making you experience fatigued. also have implantation bleeding which takes position about 2 weeks after unprotected sex. frequently basically pink even as your wipe after urination and some mild recognizing, basic cramping. in case you commence passing blood clots with cramping and diarrhea like indications, maximum likely its your era. in case you already know the finest day of your very last era, then count number 14 days after that date and that is once you've been ovulating, in case you had sex a week interior of that date, from the day you had sex count number a week previous that date, it really is even as implantation takes position causing easily being pregnant indications. Regardless once you've a primary era or no longer, it regularly takes an identical era of time for a fertilized egg to make it by potential of the fallopian tubes on your uterus. So in case you latterly had sex, round a week or so in the past, no longer lengthy when you've been ovulating, then you definately might want to get a try asap.

Take a couple of painkillers, and get a hot water bottle.

Try stretching first as that often helps. Lay on the floor face down, keep your hips down and then straighten your arms, leaning back as far as you can. This is called the Cobra. It also helps your back, as it's a Yoga move.

Generally any exercise that lightly stretches your lower abdomen, lower back and thighs tend to help.

After that, take your painkillers and get your hot water bottle ad press it to your abdomen. That done, go to sleep like that.

I guarantee it will be gone and won't come back until your next period, unless of course you have REALLY bad cramps.

Midol works really well. For any pain, ibuprofen of some kind is best for muscle pains, and Aceominophin {Like Tylenol} is for other pains, like tooth aches or sore throats, or whatever.
