Without her thinking I'm a RAPER, STALKER man. Theirs a pretty girl at my college that I want to meet. Girls these days are scared to talk to people they don't know. How do I bypass that?

Tell her that you'd like to get to know her better and go out sometime. Then one day out of the blue give her some flowers (not roses) that would really impress her.

You don't. Get some cards made with YOUR name and number. Talk to Ms. Hottie and if things look promising, hand her your card.
