im writing a 1000+ word essay at school and its hard as heck to find info on this guy! could you give me some info on him please? like the following: the early years, childhood, family life, education, life before fame, jobs, marrige/divorce, children, career acomplishments, career defeats/scandals, life after fame, retirement, death, and miscellaneous. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i seriously need to get my grade up or i'll fail the class!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(i cant afford that) and i've tried everwhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently you didn't look that hard. Oddly enough there is a basquiat website with a short biography as well as links to numerous books on Basquiat at Amazon.com which I'm sure you can borrow from a library.
I also found countless websites on Basquiat by doing a simple websearch.

Hi-I don't have any written info, however, there is a movie(as you may know) entitled "Basquiat" which I saw on HBO awhile back. Try renting it, perhaps, and use it on your works cited page.
