Exercise, especially anything aerobic. Walk, jog, cycle, swim, etc. Take a hot shower or bath. You might need to talk to a doc and see if meds are needed, hopefully just for the short term.

Meditate, count to ten, focus on an object (perhaps a picture of something pleasant or someone you care about)-- these can all help when at work-- as soon as you feel the urge to fume, take a minute to calm yourself down.

And think of it this way-- if you're ready to walk out of work anyways, then try taking an attitude of whatever happens, happens. If something gets you too frustrated, just walk away. If someone is hasseling you, explain (calmly) that you don't like the way they are treating you. What's the worst that can happen-- you get fired? You wanted to walk out anyways. You need to face up to the things that are bothering you at work, confront people that are making the problem worse (confront in a rational, calm manner) and perhaps even talk to your head manager or boss to see if he can offer any help or solutions.

I also know that there are many counselors that deal with work related stress, and visiting one of those may help you at work. Many employers will even pay for you to see the counselor if you make them aware of the issues you are having.

Good luck, and I hope life gets less stressful.

It's cliche, but excercise really does help. Try to get the blood flowing before you go in. Even if it's just 10 push-ups first thing in the morning, and maybe some crunches- you'll show up to work ready to face the day.

I am in the business of stress relief. I am a personal trainer and a massage therapist. Get some exercise. Get a massage. Eat more healthy than you are. You'll be fine.

-BREATHE. Slowly, and deeply.
-Go to the washroom, splash water on your face
-Go for a little walk.
-Do something different for a little bit, them go back to whatever was stressing you
-Get a stress ball. Squeeze it.
-Write. Journal. Write it on a post-it, whatever. Just write it out.

Find something you really enjoy doing and loose yourself in it for a couple hours. Exercise, movies, video games, internet, etc.

In all seriousness, buy a heavy (75 lb.) punching bag and some bag gloves, and put it in your basement. It worked for me.
