i feed him and i pay the bills. but he pay his mother and brother bills and buys food for then .what should i do.

KICK HIM TO THE CURB!!!!! That is the simple answer. He is USING you ... taking advantage of your willingness to pay all the bills for the household, living for FREE, EATING your FOOD (for Free), getting you to do his chores, (any nighttime 'activity' too -- if so ... then he is also getting that for no commitment) etc etc etc .... so DO NOT ENABLE him any further!
If he cared, he would be willing to shoulder his "Fair Share" of the household expenses .. and since he is not .. the answer is simple.

Tell him that he needs to start helping out with the bills and food. After all you are living together and everything should be 50/50. bills, rent and food. Tell him that paying the bills for your place is more important then paying his families bills. Give him a little time to change since change doesn't happen overnight. If he is still not helping out with everything, then it's time he gets kicked to the curb. Obviously you can manage the house without him since your doing it now. Good Luck.

I can understand him trying to help out his family, but there is no sense of you having to do it all in the home you have together. You should tell him to he needs to either start helping out with his own bills or he needs to move in with his mother that you can not support him and yourself too.

If I was you, I'd talk to him and make sure he understands what is expected. Before you two started living together this should have been discussed. It would be one thing if there was some legitimate circumstances that prevented him from contributing, but that doesn't sound like the case. He needs to take care of home first. If he still doesn't help, tell him bye bye and send him packing. To the left, to the left.

I think that he should be living with them if he won't help you.Because that is not fair to you.I went through the same kind of situation I say RUN GIRL far as you can or get the locks changed because he wont be changing.
