He is 5 yrs younger than me and since we have been dating, I am the one footing the bill if I want to go out I pay cause he is always "broke". He use to at least treat me like someone really special around his friends but now no more. I'm good for his laundry, cleaning his house, and cooking for him and his 40 yr old roommate. So I guess after reading this I know what I should do!

3 and 1 half years? Is he a mute? Does he not speak english (or any language at all)?

DUMP.

Let me ask you. Does he remember your birthdays? Does he remember your dating anniversary? Does he take care of you in anyway?

If everything else is fine but he hasn't said I LOVE YOU then talk to him.

If he's a self centered moron you've been hanging out with for the last 42 months, time to break it off and look for someone who has a romantic vocabulary...

Good luck.

A~

Wow whats up with that? That's a very long time of been dating someone without being open with each other towards feelings. How could it of gotten to be serious if he has never opened up his feelings towards you??? ya I would say it's about time you sit him down and ask him how he feels about you, then see what he has to say and take it from there.....

Wow - I'd re-evaluate my feellings for a guy like that. My bf (whom I've only been dating 2 wks) is having trouble with the fact there is not a good expressions for feeling beyond "like" but not yet at "love".

Before you throw down the ultimatum, talk to him about how you're feeling. It could be that he's just not used to voicing his emotions.
If he says that he doesn't see the relationship going to the next level, then it's time for you to move on hon! Don't waste the 'pretty'- you're only young once.

approach him about the subject at say, dinner sometime. let him know how you feel. that puts the ball in his court. if you need an answer to this rather soon, he can either express like feelings toward you, or........... you can leave him. you can't watch life pass you by. there's dreams to be made and joy to be shared, if not with him, then certainly with someone else.

okay he doesnt say anything about it..how does he treat you? Not everyone is able to verbally express themselves. If he shows you love and respect....you have no problems.
