I have a friend who is Mexican/Caucasian and he likes Asian girls. He always complains how I have an advantage to getting Asian girls just because I'm Asian. But what I wonder is why white girls don't seem to like dating Asian guys. (Or at least I don't see much white girls going out with Asian guys.)

In Asian community, there are a lot more pressure on Asian men than Asian women. Asian males are expected to carry on the family name, pass down Asian/familial custom and history down to his children, take care of parents when they are older, succeed, among other things.
Unfortunately, we also face all the negative stereotype working against us in our quest for personal relationship and Asian women like asiansmiles who would be fit to appear on Tyra's "I hate my race" show. (PLEASE ASIAN GIRLS, IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT YOUR RACE, STOP, THERE IS A 50/50 CHANCE YOUR KIDS ARE GOING TO HAVE DEAL WITH THE STEREOTYPE YOU HELP PERPETUATE.)
So growing up in America does take a beating on an Asian guy's esteem, especially if he embraces American way of life.
My advice to you is to stop defining yourself from an American's perspective. I have driven across America 4 times, I lived everywhere in America. White America doesn't have a clue about diversity. Asia have such a rich culture, yet people fail to see pass the stereotype.

I'm an asian girl and I hate to say it, but I'm not really attracted to asian guys. I think it has to do with confidence, looks, and seXual eXpertise. Asian guys are more standard in bed and Caucasion guys are more down to do almost anything. I like the eXcitement. I guess a lot of it has to do with what you are attracted to. I just don't think Caucasion women are attracted to asian men. However, Caucasion men are attracted to asian women.

lots of them do, confident. and generally it is oriental women human beings extremely than chinese language women human beings especially. Many caucasian adult men like eastern, korean, taiwainese and vietnamese women human beings too.
