He was in the Philippian jail (Acts 16), and imprisoned in a jail at Caesarea (Acts 23), in a rented house in Rome (Acts 28), and finally in the Mamertime Prison in Rome. (II Timothy 1)
The imprisonment in Caesarea should be included with the rented house, since he was facing the same charges at the time.

According to Clement of Rome, a contemporary and sometime companion of the Apostle Paul and regarded as one of the early Church fathers, "... Paul also obtained the reward of patient endurance, after being seven times thrown into captivity, compelled15 to flee, and stoned." - The First Epistle of Clement to the Corinthians, ch5.
Although, not Scripture, Clement's letter to the Corinthians is highly regarded by the early Church as well as today. Again, scholars cannot be sure that the author of the Clement's epistle to the Corinthians is the Clement of Philippians 4:3, but several textual criticisms support the two to be the same.

2Corinthians 11:23 "Are they ministers of Christ? I (speak as a fool) I am more; in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft."
An actual number is not given in the scriptures. But it was frequently. The Book of Acts does not necessarily record all of them (as the book ends with Paul still alive).
But I suspect is your real question is about the ending of the Book of Acts. It ends with Paul in prison, and we know from his later letters (2 Timothy in particular) that he was executed in prison. One of the debates is whether the imprisonment in Acts 28 is the one where he died, or whether he was released and then rearrest 6-7 years later and executed then.
As said earlier, Acts ends with Paul still alive. The rest of his history is not recorded in scripture. The best guess we can make comes from his last letter (2 Timothy) in which he states that he went some places and did some things not included in Acts. That would indicate that he was released from prison and then arrested in Rome a second time.

I have not really gone through and checked hun. And he may have been there more than was even recorded. The early years were one of danger, death and imprisonment for the fledgling Christians. It may say somewhere...I do have some Biblical Scholar/Pastors I can ask.

Twice, but on the same accusation. He was held in Jerusalem and then because he was a Roman citizen was taken to Rome to be tried. There he was put to death.
