I'd describe you as 6 weeks pregnant on the 13th of February. Basically, you're 2 weeks preg when you concieve. However, if your cycle is longer, you may be less than that. Ie: If you have a 35 day cycle, you'd really only be 5 weeks, but everyone would call you 6 anyhow.

No, it means that's when you had your last period. Most women ovulate about 10-14 days after that. You have to be ovulating to get pregnant. If you are, then you'd probably be about 4-5 weeks.

Going off a 28 day cycle your:
LMP: 01.02.2007
Conception: 01.16.2007
First Trimester end: 03.27.2007
Second Trimester end: 07.10.2007
EDD: 10.09.2007
As of today 02.13.2007 you would be exactly 6 weeks pregnant. Making your Baby 4 weeks old.
So on 02.20.2007 you will then be 7 weeks.
Congrats and Good Luck.
