My hair was doing the same thing until I started using Garnier Frutice products. It stregthens your hair up to 5x. It takes about a week or two for you to see results.

In addition to what "yo_mama_b says, start taking vitimen c and e. 1000mg twice a day and this will help this some. It mighht take as much as a month before you see any results, but it will help.

don;t dye your hair anu more if you were or apply olive oil on your hair from root to end it will help your hair to regrow and be strong
