I dislocated my shoulder a few years ago. When it happened, I was able to pop it back in myself (I don't think it came completely out of the socket) I went to the doctor afterwards and was told that I have "loose joints". He told me that some excersises could help keep it from happening again. I kind of forgot about it until yesterday when it popped back out with only a very minor jarring. I almost passed out it hurt so bad!
Is anyone familiar with this? Does anyone know any excersises that may help? I also dislocated my knee once (tore my acl and miniscus) so I could use exercises for that area as well. I know, I need to go to the doc again. I will too, but in the meantime.....
