No, but the Bible speaks of principalities, powers, rulers of darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in high places. Of course this is Satan's crew of princes, demons, warriors and highly regimented group of fallen angels.
Angels are also called messengers and stars in the Bible. Archangels and cherubims and escorts and guardians. Lucifer and Satan was originally created as one of God's highest angels and designated morning star, lightbearer and angel of light.

The hierarchy of angels are a parallel evolution along with the human kingdom and range from the sub human and to the super human kingdom.The higher self within us all is seen as a solar angel in the esoteric tradition.For more in depth knowledge on this topic I would suggest the works of the Ageless Wisdom Teachings in Theosophy.
