I am 1m75 and weigh about 95kg. I obviously need to loose weight FAST!!

Currently I am doing a bit of extreme dieting (enemas 3 times a day, appetitie suppressants 3 times a day, eating tons of oranges and drinking tons of water, and eating a small "normal" lunch)

What are some exercises that you can give me to jump start my weight loss?
