IF you're not necessarily looking for something with a long train and such, go to www.justthebeginnings.com and look through the bridesmaids section of dresses...almost all of them have white and or ivory as a color option and alot of them could be used as a bridal gown...not to mention that they are pretty much all between $69 and $89.
Also look at dresses by Forever Yours at www.foreverbridals.com, they usually have some really pretty bridal gowns on clearance/closeout for under $100.
Just do a web search for "bridal wedding gown under $100"...that's how we found all of our links.

Sometimes second hand stores will have assorted wedding dresses, but your best bet would be to look for a simple white dress. If you live near a Target store, check out white dresses that Isaac Mizrahi designed especially for the store. A magazine article in bride's said that they were very affordable.
Good Luck!!!!

Try looking in classified ads or on ebay for something used. My mother-in-law just found a brand-new, never-been-worn gown (and it's gorgeous!) for my sister-in-law at Value Village for $59. A lot of people sell their used gowns and they are quite regularly in pretty good shape.
If you want "just" a dress and not necesarily a gown, you can find pretty suits and dresses at places like Burlington Coat Factory.
Alternatively, some bridal shops rent dresses, and you can check into rental of a dress.

Try ebay, try sample sales try looking for a white or pastel dress on the clearance rack at a department store. My sister found her dress at Macy's for $30 (clearance rack). It's not "technically" a wedding dress, but it's a soft ivory, long dress. Worked great for her!!!

Try ebay or a local trift shop. It hard to find, but if you do enough research Im sure you'll find that dress!
Even try Davids Bridal. I think it's a little out of your price range but sometimes of you go to a bridal show they give out $50 off coupons to Davids Bridal.
Or even Craigslist.com
I hope this helps. Good Luck!

try ebay or something like that. or if you want to try your hand at it, or have your mom or a close freind, try to make it from a pattern you get from the fabric store. they're on sale all the time, some of them are actually from designers, and you can get the dress amde for under 100$ by a lot!!

Watch for sales or try the second hand or consignment shops in your area. You might not find size 2 or 4, but you could have it altered.
