I just had a baby 4 months ago, how can I loose the baby weight? I don't have acces to a GYM, and right now I'm down on money. So what can I do to loose it? Are there any good web sites that give out info. for free?

yes! lots of websites have free excercises.
the best thing you can do is to put your little one in a stroller and walk for at least 30 minutes a day! baby will benefit from fresh air, and the walking will do you a world of good! also, you can do crunches at home, even holding baby on your tummy for extra resistance! you can do squats, lunges, push ups, stretches- dont give any gym your money!!
but try not to do anything too strenuous yet- your body just did something major- give it a chance to get itself back together, so to speak!! but you can jump start the process if you take it easy on yourself!

It takes up to 6 months after pregnancy for your body to return to normal. So even if you are not breast-feeding, don't be in too much of a hurry to cut calories. You will need tons of energy to cope with the stress and demands of a new baby. So rather than focusing on "weight loss", concentrate for the first three months or so after the birth on eating healthy food with enough calories and nutrients to give you the energy and nutrition to cope. In practice, healthy eating will also help to normalize your weight.

This is the site that I use, the price is right and there are a number of resources there.

No access to a gym? There's always running!
