Any Wallmart or pharmacy, even some grocery stores.

Tie your hair down with bobby pins and a long scarf before you put on a shower cap. Use a satin cap, not a plastic cap, a plastic cap is to create humidity for deep conditioning. You may also need to turn down that heat a little bit. Or take a bath. I'm all natural, too, girly... beating back the kink!!! "Whap! Get back! " LOL.

You might try one of the weave/hair stores in your area! That's where I found my shower cap, its got this thick plastic on the outside (almost like a shower curtain) and terry cloth on the inside.

try wrapping your hair then tye it up then put a regular shower cap on it

since your hair is pressed like a perm then it shouldnt be much f a problem but you do need to wrap it up after you have wraped it like a perm
