How it developed i dont know, seems to have been a later "concept" (MUCH LATER) But thats all it is is a "concept" to attemp to explain somethings that dont quite fit..

As Muslims, we don't accept the trinity because there is only one God, Allah. To worship anyone else is blasphemous against Him. Honoring another being is called Shirk, and is the one unforgivable sin.

because we believe in one God: Allah (SWT) (swt shows respect). we believe jesus was a prophet, and a great prophet- received the ingil (bible). the spirit. i dont even understand wat that means. but one God with no parents/offspring. none equal to him.
