Why i cannot access i-tunes?

Why i cannot access i-tunes?

When i first installed i-tunes from the disc that comes with it i could access it for a week. I have uninstalled it twice and reinstalled it. Is there something that could be blocking access to it that i need to get rid of. HEEEEEEEEELP.

uninstall it again.

goto www.apple.com
and download itune from the website and install it.

I'm not sure what disc your using to install i-tunes.

What operating system are you using?
Need more information.
It could be a port block.
