I plan on it. And really... it might have "saintly" origins but in these days it is decidedly commercial.
Buy her jewelry!
Buy him boxers!
Buy kinky undies and adult toys!
Go on a trip!
Have an expensive dinner!
Not at all saintly...

LOL! Wow, if it isn't the "it's based on religion so how can you celebrate it" argument.
I might ask the same of you regarding Christmas (a pagan holiday that the church appropriated) and Easter (a pagan fertility rite that was, again, appropriated by the church).
Let's face it... Valentine's Day is a secular celebration of love. If anyone in modern times ever really saw it as a Saint's holiday, they don't really discuss it any more.
My son's school discussed it last year and so far this year, none of the kids remember anything about it. Why? They're too busy making the big envelope to hold the little cards (most with candy now attached) they'll pass out tomorrow.
For the record, I do celebrate Christmas but I don't celebrate Easter... we had to eliminate ONE of the candy holidays so that's the one that went bye-bye.

How many believers celebrate AS a saint's feast day, rather than a day for lovers to celebrate their love?
Atheist fall love and they can celebrate their love as the see fit.

Well...most Christian holidays are celebrated using old Pagan customs. So...if it's okay for the Christians to do that, then I don't see anything wrong with atheists enjoying Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.

If you consider celebrating love hypocritical, then I pity your beloved.
SAINT Valentine's Day is also celebrated by Protestants, Hindus, Muslims, etc. It's a day set aside to notice that romance matters, that the experience of loving another person deserves special notice, and that being in love is a state to strive for.
And it's also a day for some of us to mourn being single this year.

Much like Christmas - I only celebrate it because I feel like getting laid in the future... Society FORCES me to celebrate it. If I refuse to, my lady gets a bit mad and wont put out for a while...
Do Christains celebrate Oestra (Easter)? How about Yule? Pfft....hypocrites.

Please. Your an idiot. Most christian holidays are perversions of ideas that were originally pagan. You steal celebration ideas from the heathens and slap jesus christ's name on it. Who's the hypocrites, now?
Yes, atheists are capable of love ... we do have a full range of human emotion -- and most of us are quite big fans of sex. So yes, we'll be celebrating Valentine's Day.
