i only eat spicy hot food,nothing fried, nothing breaded. what is curry best on?

Chicken. My favorite curry dish is Chicken Curry, made with the yellow curry. You can use the red also. It's not fried, it's baked. I also like chicken and shrimp with yellow curry sauce. There is a red curry sauce sold by Trader Joe's called Masala. It's in a jar and you can buy a already roasted chicken, debone it and pour this sauce over it, it tastes wonderful. There is a side dish that is spicy made with cream of wheat, vegetables, and chiles, that has curry in it, but I'm not sure what it's called but it's excellant.

We eat curry with every thing. Fish, chicken and beef.
Recipe for beef and potato curry
Brown a quarter onion in oil. Add ground red pepper, ground coriander and garam masala. Add garlic and peeled tomato and stir fry until separates. add beef or lamb and stir fry again. Now add 1 cup of water when cooked and soft add peeled potatoes halves and cook until done. This is for about 1 lb of beef.
Serve with brown rice.

to 2 TBS oil, add ground red chilli and some ground coriander. Stir fry and then add about half cup of yogurt and stir fry until separates. Add chopped cilantro and salmon pieces (2 inch pieces) and simmer covered. A

Well my family is from Jamaica and we use curry on chicken, goat and fish. We don't use curry on beef though. And sometimes on vegetables.
