Well, what happened is I left the bak door open and he got it. I asked hi to get out and he did but said it wasn't the end!!!
He's just someone I went out with for a short while then I broke up with him and since then he's been threatening me?
What do you think I should do and do you think the police might be able to do something?

It is not just celebrities that can end up with stalkers. If you feel this person is threatening your safety and your personal property, you can contact the police or a lawyer and find out exactly how to get a restraining order out on them.
This legal document makes it illegal for them to come within so many feet or so many yards of you, or to have any contact with you...(Yelling, phoning you, sending you emails or regular mail...)
If I could make a suggestion, it would be to install new locks, an alarm system, and perhaps get a dog (it does not have to be a big one).
Also. you should make sure to document any encounters you have with this person in a journal, so that in the event something happens or you do have to go to court, you will have written evidence of all the times he harassed you.
By the way, in some states the fact that he came in to your house uninvited (or was even on your property) could be grounds for a trespassing charge.

Shoot first, ask questions later. If the bad guy falls backward out of the house.....drag his azz back inside and call 911. Make sure he dies....no trial and wasted taxpayers money....just alot of media attention for the poor stalker who hadn't killed anyone....yet....and was "a really nice guy", "a quiet family man" and all that other sappy **** they find folks to say when a chithead dies.
Seriously though......I think the Supreme Court just ruled that you do not even have a duty to retreat.
I know in Michigan you do not even have to be on your own property....just somewhere you legally have a right to be and you can use dealy force to protect yourself.

um, where to start???? if you are alone or have people over, have your doors locked!!! it's for your safety. if you dated the dude, he most lkiely know which doors you leave unlocked and where you left your spare key outside. change the locks and move the spare key (i live with my parents and we have 3 pure bred german shepards). my parents, my brother, my sis and brother in law and i are the only ones with the keys of the house. when we have people over, we still have the house locked. why? for our safety!
fill out a report....the more details the better! it's a 50-50 chance the police can due something.

You should definately get a restraining order against him ASAP!!! He might do something worse next time! Call the police right now and get the process started before you get hurt or worse...

I have 3 guns in my house and if anyone entered like that, I would blow them away. It is my house and my safety is in jeopardy, it won't be me dying that day. Lock your doors and call the police if you don't have a gun.

At the very least, he has committed an unlawfully entry. I would contact the police and have him arrested.......

First, get a restraining order. Then get a gun.
If he violates the restraining order and comes into your house, shoot him repeatedly until he is dead.
