This is really starting to get on my nerves. She/he/it is inulting the "real" YO LO and W and I am getting sick of reading her/his/it's posts. What can we do?

I am not sure how we can get rid of her but realize that she has issues and nothing better to do. She probably has no friends and obviously nothing intellegent to say

Ignore their questions.
If they post answers, rate them with a thumbs down. If enough people give a thumbs down rating, their answer will be minimized so that you can't even see the obnoxious post. This will lessen the attention that they are desperately seek because they virtually "disappear."
You can report them until CS takes action, but in the meantime try these methods.
Usually, people do things like that to get attention. If their behavior does not attract the attention that they seek, they go elsewhere to find it.

There are certain words that this person always writes, so whenever I see them, I just ignore the question. I KNOW it's the same person that has been kicked off of here many, many many times. I don't give him the time of day. I just keep reporting.

I keep trying to draw the moron away from the others. Its just some stupid kid without a life. All you can do is report them. I have placed a call to Yahoo head quarters and they are going to report them to the federal authorities for FCC violations. It means they can lose their cable privileges and pay up to a 10,000.00 fine and court costs. Yahoo is cracking down on people. This jerk is hitting every category. But, they do have to enter a legitimate email address to get on here. So whoever owns that will be the one charged even if it is a kid.

I just don't answer the "questions" usually. That's feeding the troll and gets them the attention they are seeking. If people don't respond, they get bored with it and move on to something else or another area of YA.

Unfortunately we can't - It's a vicious loop. We report "it" (Trolls are it's...), they get their ID yanked and just open a new account and start over.
This Troll has been here for a while, just look for the trademark bwaaaaaaa.
