It's not about age, it's about maturity differences... they are definitely at different maturity levels, so i would say that it's not a good idea...

Still creapy. Doesn't matter if it is legal or not, the fact is this guy is a creep and can't relate to people his own age, so he is gonna date somone 10 years younger who doesn't neccisarily have the ability or experience to make a sound judgement in this case.

As long as they have the same interests and like spending time together I say go for it. Once you connect with someone that's it, just sit back and let life takes its course.
