I have been dating this guy I met online for a month. We are both casually seeing other people but are going out for Valentine's Day. I brought up being exclusive and he said that at least for a little while longer he wants to go to dinner, etc. with other girls b/c he got out of a relationship not to long ago. Is there hope for this relationship? What do I do to win him over?

There is hope if you are willing to be patient. VERY patient. If he's wanting to date around right now, then you have to be ok with that. If you're not ok with that, then you need to walk away. You are going to get very hurt if you don't listen to what he is telling you.

He seems he needs to sow his oats a little longer. It's ur decision to date him-but @ least he was upfront & u know the story. Who knows in time he may come back-but u may not want him or have someone else that actually cares for u- it's ur choice go in with ur eyes open to the situation. I say don't waste ur time with him if ur looking for an exclusive relationship. The sea is full of fish LOL!!!! good luck-u can do better!!! :) Donna

You cannot magically do something to win him over. If you want to date him exclusively and he doesn't want to date you exclusively, then I'd stop dating him at all. He may not want to date anyone exclusively at this point and that is his perogative, but don't sign yourself up for the heart ache that you'll get if you keep dating him. He will know how to contact you if he changes his mind.

Forget it. You are not going to succeed. To be frank he is keeping his options open until something better comes along.
You are or may be a potential booty call.
