Heh, the contradictions go on and on and on.
If you were an all-powerful God, why would you even care what puny little humans did, even if you created them? You certainly wouldn't NEED them unless you WEREN'T all-powerful, as need implies a weakness or deficiency. So why is it that God NEEDS or even WANTS humans to give a flying crap about him?
Is he that insecure that he needs these puny little humans to prop his ego up by quivering before him and crying "Oh God, you're so great! You're the man!"? Wouldn't an all-powerful God already know that?
And you gotta love all these Christians who keep saying "well, it's man's fault because he strayed from God's plan and he is to blame for all the bad stuff". If God is all-knowing, how is it possible that humans deviated from what he always knew would happen in the first place?
It's not possible, because if humans could deviate from the course of events that God knew was going to happen, then he WOULDN'T be all-knowing.
You're not going to get an admission of these absurdities from Christians, btw. They'll just make up some other absurdity to cover it, or fall back on the "the mind of God is incomprehensible/works in ways we can't understand" rubbish.
Never mind that if the mind of God WERE incomprehensible, they wouldn't be able to proclaim that he was all-knowing, all-powerful, all-loving because they wouldn't know a damn thing about God's mind in the first place. But of course that doesn't stop them either.

you asked Christians, If i'm not mistaken most believe in Eternal life after death on this earth. Compared to eternal life what is a short span of pain here on earth, not to say God is cold & careless but compared to what we look forward to what is this life anyway? Does a mother despise her child because she had to go thru so much pain to deliver, or does she (usually) fall so much in love with her child that the pain is forgotten. Does that same child hold it against the doctor who stuck them with a needle & caused much pain when resetting that broken arm or does the rest of life with a good arm make the pain be forgotten?
On another hand, If I were the babysitter & I let a child play on a swing & that child jumped off after I told them not to and ended up with a broken arm. does that make me a horrible babysitter?Or should I have sat that child down & watched it do nothing all day to insure it didn't get hurt? Ibelieve God hurts when we hurt.
As for Satan,Jesus did kick his butt, folks have a choice, do you really think all evil is satans choice,I say God creation, Man, has the power to create good & evil much more effectively than one fallen & defeated Angel. What Satan began man has unfortunately carried on with very well on his own."The devil made me do it" is a cop out statement. God vs.satan is disbeleiving God's supremecy.

If we would just do what He says now we could remove so much suffering in the world
imagine if the world actually did just 2 things
truely love and respect everyone and give to those in need
this would be a very different world then the one we currently live in

Why does God only exist when something goes wrong?? Why can't He be credited with all the good in the world?? How convenient to have the Almighty to blame, but we take credit when there is praise to be had.
He's not doing things to prove a point. He set this Earth into motion, gave it laws, and gave a commission to His people . When we get our butts in gear and carry out that mission, then He'll return and end all this. He gave us a conditional promise. He is faithful, don't blame Him when we haven't held up our end of the bargain.

Nope, I'd let the people of earth suffer and die from endless sicknesses and wars and natural disasters, just to let them learn and grow through the experience of free-agency and mortality.
You have to understand the end-game in order to comment intelligently on the rest of it...

First of all, the people have been warned. We have the CHOICE to believe what we want. . You may think it's all bogus...that's your perrogative. Again YOUR choice. Don't you go and blame God for something our minds cannot possibly understand.
Like Why did he create satan? Well if we all lived in happiness all the time, we would never know what to compare sorrow and happiness to. We would be ungrateful.

Oh yeah. I think giving babies and children cancer is a great way to punish them for the Original Sin of Adam and Eve. What isn't just about all that???
(the above is deep and painful sarcasm)

God isn't inflicting these things on us. 1) Our own greed allows much of the sickness and hunger to exist; and 2)Natural disasters are part of the earth's cycle, but we have caused some of our problems...pollution, global warming, etc. Maybe we should look to ourselves and quit blaming God.

Since I could not begin to know how God would think or act, I will not try to impose my thoughts on him or that he should act like I think a God should act
