i wanted to kno if there was a diet that only lets you consume all natural foods. like the raw food diet, but where you can have meat and fish and you can cook veggies. kinda like if you were deserted on an island and where forced to eat healthy and all you had was veggies, fruit and fish. i kno this sounds kinda stupid, but if there is no diet like this, i might have started my own!! THANKS!

yes there is. Its being a pesci-vegetarian. Its similar to being vegetarian, but you don't eat any dairy or eggs - just plant products like fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds- and fish.
sounds super healthy! good job! (but dont forget, your body needs more carbs than you can get from fruits and veggies- maybe try some organic whole grain crackers every few days? Kashi makes awesome ones!)

"Vegetarianism is the practice of eating a diet consisting mainly or entirely of food that comes from plant sources such as fruits and vegetables. Vegetarian diets vary widely. Some include no animal products, while others include dairy products, eggs, fish, and even poultry."
"A semi-vegetarian may eat mostly plant-based food with small amounts of fish and poultry; and a pesci-vegetarian adds only fish."

I've eaten many different diets in the past few years to cure my ill health and the one that I've been eating for over a year and is the healthiest I've come across is 100% raw. It's mainly animal products. So it is all raw and has meat and fish, but no cooked foods. It's called the Primal Diet. The author of the books on the Primal Diet is Aajonus Vonderplanitz. Here's a good interview with him: http://www.drbass.com/aajonus.html
The diet consists mainly of raw meat, raw eggs, raw dairy products, vegetabe juice, and small amounts of fruits.
