Its not hard but its not easy and takes a lil bit more effort and alot more discipline then one would expect. Basically you just got to pick and activity you like to do run play a sport dance jump anything and do that alot for the first 2 weeks. Like if you like to run instead of running just once a day try running as soon as you wake up and then before you go to sleep. Eat good foods with whole grain and wheat's and cut back on fast food soft drinks and load up on water. If your weight lifting you might not see to much weight loss on the scales because your gaining mass. You gotta watch what you eat and work out, i lost about 15 pounds in 2 weeks before I started weight training. I just played basketball and ran 3 times a day and really cut back on the junk i was eating and it was pretty fast but the runnin help I also was doing alot of ab and pushup sets too. Good Luck

Load up on fiber (not suppliemtns, you can have too much fiber and get dehydrated and malnourished). Fiber expands inside you, so it'll cause you to eat less and stay full longer. Also, foods that are naturally high in fiber are naturally low in calories. And the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat.
Foods that are high in fiber are whole grain products, beans, oats, fruits, veggies, and potatoes (usually all the fiber is found in the skin.)

Sadly, there really is no easy way.
Increase your activity levels and eat healthier.(eating healtheir doesnt necessarily mean eating less...)
Doing little things can make a big difference. Instead of sitting while talking on the phone - stand and walk around - Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs.
Instead of having cookies, have fruit

i'm a similar way, for all of that, purely I weight about one hundred and twenty. i have been attempting to loose weight too. yet fairly a lot, i'd perchance devour a similar ingredients, perchance no junk food, in trouble-free words now and again, and bigger end result and vegetables? I also do crunches each and every nighttime, to get my abdomen toned. I swim plenty also when I can, and that i do yoga when I can. do not a lot less devour although, you do sound skinny already.

there are 3,000 calories in 1lb of fat so if you eat 500 less calories a day you will lose over 2lb a week and if you combine this with exercise you can lose more weight
