A card.
I'd say a present like choccies or flowers if you've been straight with her about not being able to commit as she might take it as a sign that you really really really like her and want more....to be honest whatever you give on Valentines day may be taken the wrong way and misinterpreted so the only way to be clear is to be straight and tell her that you like her, but can't commit at the moment and you will both know where you stand.

A CD or a DVD that she wants. Maybe something that is special to the both of you or just something that she wants to see/hear would suffice.
If you wanna go the extra mile you can make her a CD of yours and hers fav tunes.

Candy = "Yay, candy for me!"
Stuffed animal = means you like her.
Card = you mean something to her.
Candy wouldn't hurt? Some nice candy.
