hi , I also left weight watchers for same reason. I am following the atkins diet with great success, far better losses than ww.
I am not hungry in between meals, have more energy. It is so easy to follow. . Go to there site www.atkins.com. good luck.You dont cut out carbs full stop. You get carbs fro vegetables and fruit. The only thing to watch out for is flour, sugar and breads.

Weight watchers is the most healthy diet there is. All other diets make you dangerously reduce important food groups, like carbs, and send your body into shock. When you get off other diets, you will most likely gain back all of the weight you lost. If you want to keep the weight off, stick with weight watchers. Since you are on a diet, you should not feel full. Gorging yourself defeats the purpose of being on a diet. Atkins is a HORRIBLE diet for your body. Dr. Atkins followed his diet and died of heart disease. You will lose weight fast on it, but you'll gain it all back when you start eating carbs again. You need a healthy BALANCED diet. Portions and exercise are key...not lack of a certain type of food.

Well, here's the one that I used. Just a way to count your calories online. 3 small meals, and 2 small snacks is what I eat - pretty much all the veggies you want so you don't feel hungry.
The key to a good diet is to change your unhealthy diet habits with healthy ones. If you like to eat alot, you need to learn how to eat in a way that keeps your total number of calories under control. Often this means changing what you eat and how much at a time.

Have you ever heard of Proactol? I've been on it for 1 month now and its pretty amazing it a fat binding pill which stop the intake of fat from the food you eat.
