I'm almost 18 and planning on moving out. But, my parents haven't allowed me to get my driver's license yet. know you have to have a parent present to get your driver's license but, will I need them present at 18? Also, were do I got to get a state ID?

I'm sorry, but if you have to ask such basic information, you should really reconsider moving out. Taking care of yourself and living as an adult takes more than money, it takes common sense.

Once you're 18 can get your drivers license without a parent, and the state ID is available at your local DMV, same place you get a drivers license.

State ID cards are issued by the State DMV, who also issues the driver's licenses. To get a state ID card, you are required to bring as much proof of your identity as you would a regular drivers, license.

You're 18. You are legally an adult which means you don't need parents to sign anything.
