60 million years ago the CO2 levels was about 15 times higher than it is now. Temps were a lot hotter on average...

The world survived.

Right now life does well in the tropics that are 40 or more degrees warmer than in the coldest forrests on the planet. Life thrives in both places.

Even in a worst case global warming, it is unlikely that Antartica would even become warm enough to be inhabitable by people. There are plenty of places that a bit of warming would actulally help human habitiation and agriculture.

Not to say that global warming won't damage the enviroment, displace many people and kill off some ecosystems. It is just not anything like the "end" of either nature or mankind.

I hope you are being sarcastic, so I'll use Al Gore's math to give you an answer. Al Gore has been giving a speech saying that in 10 years global warming will cause us all to starve if we don't stop it. He has been giving the same speech for 12 years, so according to Gore-Math, we all died 2 years ago and didn't notice.
Now seriously, the "global warming" you hear about is part of a natural cycle, and people are not causing it, the sun is. Stop worrying about it and never vote for someone who says people are causing it. They are lying.

Global Climate change will not kill all life on earth. It is a toss up as to whether the human race will survive but life itself will find a way. The warm up itself is slow even though human activity has sped up the process. The end will be many years appearing. You will live out your life span. perhaps even your children and grandchildren. The end is not near but it is around the corner relatively speaking.

Global warming will hardly kill all life.

It won't be a Hollywood style disaster. Gradually coastal areas will flood and agriculture will be damaged. But it will be very bad. Rich countries will cope, but it will take huge amounts of money. In poor countries many people will die of starvation, but not all of them.

Global warming is bad enough, likely the worst disaster in human history. There's no need to exaggerate what it will do.
