if you are "5.2 inches" tall, then yes. 56 pounds is waaaaay huge. how come you haven't exploded yet?

You can reduce your tummy by doing regular abdominal exercises like leg rising and head rising exercises. Leg rising is done by lying flat on the back with limbs extended and slowly lifting both legs up 90 degree and slowly bringing down. Repeat this with out touching down. Slowly increase the counts. Similarly, lying flat on the back with knee bent then raise your head and shoulders and try to touch your knees with your hands
Cardio, situps. Cardio, situps, cardio situps. Walking, jogging. Throw the skipping rope away and drink lots of water. Get rid of the pop, get rid of the caffiene. Get rid of the bread

You have got to cut out foods and drinks loaded with fat and sugar. you'll lose weight. Eat things like fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water or other drinks not loaded with sugar.
Also take 20 minutes out of your day and do some kind of exercise. Start off slow by walking or a slow jog. Do some aeorbics. Really all you need is a healthy, low fat diet, and some exercise and you'll find that losing weight isn't as tough as it seems.
The problem is many people want to lose 50lbs over night. And while that would be nice it's impossible. Many people get discouraged because they only lose 6lbs in a month (that's about average for a woman, 10lbs for a man, because males naturally have more lean muscle)
Slow steps, a little at a time and some determination and desire. You will lose the weight. You just have to dedicate yourself to doing it. If it was easy, every woman would have an hour glass figure and every male would have six pack abs and 18 inch biceps. It's tough but if you try you will succeed. Good luck

one of the u can do is play badminton if that is feasible. actually the best way to reduce fats & u'll be wondering after some days. But if you're not in such a situation then there are too many gyms & other places where u can loose fats by loosing so much money. one more chance is that try the abs exercise but again it again not as useful as that was previously suggested. So join some club or do it with some of ur friend(s). I'm sure u'll praise me for that so go for it sincerely. I think 1 hr will be much for some days. Thats all. and why u have hidden ur profiles. Man explore it so we can help u.

A bit over weight. But u can reduce it by following a balanced diet. Check the link below. u will know how much amount of calories, carbohydrates... u need per day. And a brisk walk or jog adds more to reduce the weight. Cheer up buddy! :)

Look man the main reason for your tummy is endless hours on the monitor with minimal motion throughout the day. Get up early and exercise and take care of what you eat...everything will be fine.

I hope you mean 56kg, not pounds. And no, that is not overweight. You can reduce your tummy by doing a few stomach exercises in the morning or the evening-just a few minutes. Also, drink more water.

No.You are not overweight, but you should not gain more weight.It would good if you weigh 52-53kg at this age. Make it a habit to exercise for half an hour regularly.
