Yeah it depends on the thickness off your hair and how small the person braids! I bought two packs and it wasn't enough because I have thick hair and I like my braids very small. Three packs is always good for me, if its too much you'll have some left over for next time!

Buy three. Depends on the braider and the style and the hair you select. Likely you will use almost 2 bags, but if you like the outcome, you can just use the rest of the hair next time. Don't forget it there. Sometimes the butt pain effects your memory.

I usually buy 2 packs. And I usually end up with like a third of a pack left over.

It depends on the thickness of your hair...get several packs just in case.
