Why not? There are a lot of very decent, well-established, clean living black girls in the USA.
One tip though, don't just restrict yourself to America. Why not broaden further afield and include UK, Canada, Australia and South Africa as well? This will increase your chances.
Another tip, don't go looking for her on here. This is a Q and A site. Go to a dating site and type in your preferences, then see what it comes up with. Good luck. There are plenty of good black girls out there. There are also plenty with the qualities you are looking for.

You really should be open to any female that comes your way. If you are going to be that exact about what kind of lover can be yours... then go sign up on dating services. But who you fall in love with should not be based on their color but rather on how "complete" you feel when you're around them.
